AB1881 requires 71% Irrigation Efficiency

California state law AB1881 goes into effect 1/1/2009. The law has many requirements, one of them is 71% efficiency for landscape irrigation designs. Before now, the requirment was 62.5%. In both cases, the law was not enforceable as there was no accurate method for determining the efficiency of a landscape.
